Not good at all. A/c is in very poor condition. Bedsheet and pillows are dirty. Though it's written this site thT park8is free but they took parking fee whereas our car was standing on the road. Not worth the money at all There are so hotels are available in pachmarhi, better to go there and choose one as it is not as such crowded by tourists

We are 2 Couples booked this Hotel for 3 nights. But when we visited we leave Hotel in just 1 night. Rooms are Good in Area. But cleaning and Maintenance are Horrible. Rooms are so Dirty. Rat dirt on Bed, huge Spiders net under bed. Bathroom is too dirty. And when we Call Reception they Refused to do Cleaning. We Booked 1 Executive Room and 1 King Luxury. But Reception don't even know which room is Executive and which one is Luxury. Receptionist Guys not at all trained for Service. Dust is Everywhere , on Sofa on Bed in Bathroom. Really poor Maintenance.

First of all this hotel is not even one star. no lift. but hotel management takes care of baggage to be kept in the room by hotel boys. this is good. Room is smelly but big enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. I am talking about the executive room (highest tariff room). I booked in the last minute. hotel owner Mr. Quereshi really helped me to book the hotel by paying 2000 as advance through bank transfer. Had I not booked this, i would have suffered as there is no room in any hotel. Hotel cleanliness can be improved a lot.

The hotel was average as we landed late at night and found no water in rooms and after requesting for water found mosquitos in the water. One room had water logging in the bathroom. Linen was also torn and ragged. The staff did not know what to do.On request one room was changed and it was slightly better. Much needs to do on account of house keeping. But the owner Mr.Qureshi is a very nice man and tried to address our issues . Food was really good at the restaurant. If the rooms are refurbished and staff educated a bit more on room service, place will be better. But Mr.Qureshi helped us in local sight seeing and drop and pick up from pipariya. Very helpful and nice man.

This is a hotel in Panchmarhi hill station of MP. It is a 3 floor hotel with No elevators - not senior citizen friendly. Rooms were average - we had to request a cleaning. Don't use rooms on ground floor, they are dingy and frankly speaking - just gross. We requested a room change and got a room on 3rd floor. Had no choice but to take it. My Dad - a senior citizen had to climb the 3 floors - the room on 3rd floor was ok ..not great. Aradhana Tours (whose MP tour we were on) probably chose this hotel for the low price. The cheapness reflected everywhere.
